New: Member Portal (Beta)

Members now have a cleaner, more modern portal to securely manage their membership and access important account information on any device.

What's New

• Modern Design – A refreshed, mobile-friendly layout that's easier to navigate.

• Update Payment Method – Members can securely update the card used for their membership at any time. Payment information is processed through a secure payment form and stored with the bank.

• View & Print Receipts – Members can access, download, and print receipts for past purchases whenever needed.

• Complete Waivers Online – If a waiver is missing or has expired, members can complete it directly from the portal with much of their information already filled in.

• Quick Membership Renewals – When a membership is nearing expiration, members can quickly find the phone number for their home location to renew.

The new Member Portal reduces administrative work while providing members with convenient self-service access to what they need most. It provides a better overall experience for your customers while helping keep memberships, payment methods, and waivers up to date.

We're calling this a Beta release as we continue adding new features and enhancements based on your feedback.  When the BETA is enabled, Members can switch between the Classic view and the new BETA view.  Team members can access the BETA view (read-only, when enabled for your store) for any member by opening their CRM record and clicking the "View Customer Portal (BETA)" button.
