Managing classes that span multiple days is now easier than ever.

New: Multi-Day Classes

You can now create and sell classes that span multiple days—whether they're on consecutive days or spread out over time, such as July 1, July 3, and July 5.

Simple Scheduling

Just enable Multi-Day Class when creating a class, then select each class date from the calendar. Set the start time and length for each day, and FlowState handles the rest.

If your class requires range time, reservations are automatically created for each class day.

Minimum Age Requirements

If a class has an age restriction, you can now specify the minimum age required for attendees.

Track Attendance by Day

Attendance is now tracked separately for each class day. You can easily:

• Mark students as arrived for individual days

• Update attendance if you need to make a correction

• Add notes to attendance records

• View a complete history of attendance changes

Multi-day classes are clearly identified throughout FlowState, including:

• The Calendar

• Class Dashboard

• Online Store

• Point of Sale

• Customer Receipts

Customers and staff can quickly see every class date, time, and schedule at a glance.

Additional Improvements

• Resume Class replaces the old Incomplete button, making it clearer that you can reopen a completed class for changes.

• Transaction numbers are now locked after they're entered to help prevent accidental edits.

• The Needs Refund indicator now provides quick access to the related transaction, making refunds faster and easier to process.
